Travelambo Front Pocket Minimalist Leather Slim Wallet RFID Blocking Review

If you are looking for a high-quality slimline unisex leather wallet with RFID protection, this wallet from Travelambo is an excellent choice.

The wallet features a total of seven sleeves, including an identity card sleeve with a clear plastic window. We found that credit cards fit into each of the sleeves quite snuggly with no tendency to slip out.

The wallet feels and looks like it is well made. The genuine leather material is of good quality, and the stitching seems durable. We noticed only minimal fraying around the identity card window. The leather on the model we tested had texture but felt smooth to the touch. It feels quite lightweight when it is empty.

The slim profile will be perfect for someone who carries only a few cards and banknotes.

In our tests, the wallet successfully blocked NFC radio signals.

The review model

We reviewed the model with the carbon fiber texture finish. Other leather finishes and colors are available.

On the side containing the Travelambo logo, the wallet has a total of four sleeves.

A middle pocket between the front and rear sides can store more cards or banknotes. However, this pocket is quite slim.

On the side containing the identity card window, the wallet has a total of two sleeves. One of the sleeves is behind the identity card window.

PVC Card Storage Capacity

Recommended Loading

The recommended loading is up to seven PVC cards (one card per sleeve).

Moderate/Heavy Loading

We were able to store eight PVC cards in the wallet. We placed one card in each of the sleeves except for the middle pocket, which contained two cards.

Heavy Loading

Under heavy loading, were able to store thirteen PVC cards in the wallet. First, we began with a moderate load. We added one PVC card to the window pocket, one to the slot behind the window pocket, one to the middle sleeve, one to the rear pocket, and one to a back pocket.

Under heavy loading, cards are challenging to extract, and the wallet is noticeably bloated.

We do not recommend heavy loading.

Banknote Storage Capacity

The middle pocket can hold up to 10 $20 banknotes. Other sleeves can hold a small number of notes instead of PVC cards.
